Introducing Our New Blog: Inside the Therapy Room

October 9th, 2025

We’re excited to announce the launch of Inside the Therapy Room, WCMHC’s brand-new blog dedicated to mental health, wellness, and substance use education.

Our goal with this blog is to provide friendly, professional, and insightful guidance—the kind of support and information you might hear in a counseling session, but accessible anytime, anywhere. Each month, we’ll share practical tips, evidence-based strategies, and thought-provoking insights to help you navigate life’s challenges, care for your mental health, and support your loved ones.

What to expect:

  • Monthly posts written from the perspective of a licensed counselor
  • Practical coping strategies for stress, anxiety, depression, and more
  • Educational resources about mental health and substance use
  • Encouraging, stigma-free guidance to promote wellness

Our first post, “Healthy Coping for Mental Health Awareness Month,” is live now! We hope it inspires you to try new strategies, reflect on your well-being, and feel empowered in your mental health journey.

Visit Inside The Therapy Room to read our posts and start exploring ways to care for your mind, body, and spirit.

Stay tuned! Each month, Inside the Therapy Room will bring you fresh insights and practical tips for living your healthiest, most balanced life.
